Exactly four months after the 4th March 1977 earthquake, Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu convened Communist party & local leaders, as well as architects & engineers & ordered that the consolidation of affected buildings is to be stopped at once. The dictator's catastrophic order still has many consequences to this day.
